Chris Rock in Boston for his comedy tour...

I went, bought tickets a month ago.

He just opened the show and said something like (paraphrasing) "Anybody have a busy weekend? Mine was quiet besides 1 thing....but I got an hour of show that I've written and just wanna do comedy. I haven't decided what I'm gonna do about that yet but contrary to what anybody has said or any media reports, I haven't spoken with anybody"

Then went into a decent rant about why the country is done, amongst other things

(just reading the media reports about it, they are accurate pretty much)

Excellent, not really as refined as previous work because it’s first tour date. Sure he’s finding what he thinks hits and what doesn’t still, at the end of the tour is when they film the Netflix special

Thanks for responding. He's been all class and upstanding throughout. Rock has taken the high road and shown he's tough his chin and composure held up really good from Smith's slap.
